About the Role
Work on a range of matters, including:
Public and private M&A transactions
Equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs and secondary offerings
Corporate advisory and governance matters
Deliver high-quality outcomes for leading companies and financial sponsors
Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers to provide strategic legal advice
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts
Mentor and guide junior lawyers in the team
About You
5 years of experience in a leading Corporate M&A and Capital Markets practice
Strong technical skills in M&A and capital markets law
