WPC Group are seeking an organised individual to commence an entry level role as a two year Parts Interpreting Trainee with a leading worldwide manufacturer of forklift trucks and warehouse handling equipment. This role will require an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service as they work to promote brand awareness and repeat business with both internal and external customers.
About the Position:
Complete all parts/production/service work orders.
Liaise with local & internal parts suppliers, raise purchase and receipt supplier invoices.
Generate parts and service retail quotes.
Allocate parts to Field Service Technician jobs.
Complete van and warehouse stock takes in line with the procedure.
Ensure all bom parts and extras are allocated to workshop production, new/used/STR.
To follow up on parts and service quotes to generate after sales.
Parts/service/workshop administration.
