Site Engineer – Civil at Stallion Projects Pty Ltd will be responsible to manage several Residential Projects by ensuring they are delivered to budget, time and with a particular focus on Quality Assurance activities.
Duties & responsibilities:
• Control the project cost and certified contractor/subcontractor running bills, measure the drawing and calculate quantities and prepare BOQ. Studying project concept, architectural, structural drawings, and methodology.
• Attend meeting with the client and the contractor to discuss project progress and quality of work, preparation of progress report during the project. Ensure inspection and testing of construction materials reports.
• Organising materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Estimate quantities and cost of labour, materials and equipment to determine project feasibility.
• Analyse survey reports, drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan projects.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
• Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
The Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction or similar.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar role.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organisational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure well to ensure the project's programmed activities are delivered within the established time targets
• Strong verbal and communication skills and the ability to write clear and concise English
Annual Salary - $80,000 to $85000 + Superannuation
