We are seeking a Senior People Analyst with a strong background in SQL and HR Analytics to join our dynamic Data & Analytics department.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise to analyse complex People systems data, such as HRIS, recruitment platforms, and Learning & Development (L&D) tools, to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions.
Collaborating closely with our People team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy through deep data analysis, forecasting workforce trends, and optimizing recruitment and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse complex datasets from systems like HiBob and SmartRecruiters, uncovering trends in People performance, recruitment, and market dynamics.
- Data Security & Integrity: Ensure the secure handling of sensitive HR data while maintaining access management protocols.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical methods to forecast trends, model attrition, and support talent development initiatives.
- Dashboard Development: Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Looker, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and standardizing data visualizations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with both business and technology teams, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for improvement in People processes and support ongoing automation initiatives.
