Position: Finance Broker (Mortgage) Salary: $77,000.00 plus superannuation Hours: 38 hours Mode: Full time Location: Gisborne VIC 3437 Experience required: Minimum 2 Years plus relevant work experience The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to: Negotiating mortgage terms and conditions with lenders, banks, and financial institutions on behalf of clients. Assessing clients' specific financial and insurance needs, researching and reviewing available mortgages to ensure suitability. Analyzing clients' financial status, discussing available mortgage options, and developing customized financial strategies to meet their goals. Recommending appropriate loan structures and combinations tailored to clients’ individual financial situations and property goals. Conducting interviews with prospective clients to explain mortgage options, loan terms, interest rates, and repayment structures, while providing expert recommendations. Arranging mortgage finance, home loans, and other financial products for clients through a network of lenders, banks, and insurance companies. Preparing comprehensive documentation that outlines loan conditions, repayment schedules, and loan terms and loan submissions. Assist with loan settlement process Brokering complex finance solutions such as commercial finance, property development finance.
