You will be part of the Technical Training team focusing on enhancing the skills and knowledge of the motor assessing team, ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver on the company's promise of cost-e?ective, high-quality, and timely outcomes in motor assessing.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The role will support the Technical Training team with on-boarding new motor assessors in addition to other responsibilities such as rostering internal and external assessor training, maintaining and reviewing training documentation, monitoring training records, certi?cations and reporting.
Focusing on these areas, the role will not only support Client objectives of delivering exceptional service but also contribute to the continuous growth and development of the Motor Assessing team, ultimately ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the insurance industry.
