Be responsible for the end-to-end process of allocated claims, concentrating on the cause, scope and cost of insured claims and the restoration, repair or rebuilding of damaged property.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Conduct desktop assessments of insured properties using virtual assessing
Produce detailed reports, determine cause, coverage, damage, and best repair methods.
Review scope of works and provide reports to ensure the most cost effective and timely methods of repairs.
Communicate the extent of damage and repair schedules with customers
Liaise with local authorities and third-party building surveyors regarding compliance issues and ensure repairs comply with relevant BCA and/or Australian standards.
