Report to the Estimating Manager.
Provide accurate forecasts for tender submissions and assist in sales budget development.
Analyse market data, historical trends, and competitor activities to predict future sales volumes.
Ensure bids are competitive and align with company revenue goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Sales, to optimise pricing strategies.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 4 years in a similar role with strong knowledge of residential construction required.
Qualification in a relevant Building and Construction course is an advantage.
