The Role
Reporting to the Service Operations Manager and your main responsibilities are:
Issue service reports to internal colleagues & external customers
Collect and verify that all job costs information is accurate and Invoice Service jobs in a timely manner.
Receive request for Field Service assistance, commissioning and trouble shooting.
Quote Field Service to internal and external customers.
Receive Field Service purchase orders and register in ERP system.
Issue parts purchase orders to suppliers and follow up delivery through our logistics systems.
Assign/Schedule Service Engineer to the Service Jobs through our Service Management (SMS) system/s, coordinate job execution
