Job Description
The Key responsibilities for this role include but are not restricted to:
Maintain, Improve & Administer various ICT business systems
Maintain, Improve & Administer ICT infrastructure (storage/network/virtual/server)
Maintain, Improve & Administer Cloud infrastructure and systems
Resolve outages and incidents from identification, analysis, communication & remediation
Work collaboratively across all parts of the business to understand, analyse and deliver ICT Operational aspects of business objectives supported by the ICT Operations team
Tracking projects, problems, tasks and incidents from creation until completion following guidance in appropriate systems
Provide support to the ICT support team; escalate to the Team Leader systems or ICT Operations manager as appropriate
Maintain awareness of and follow policies & ICT Operational procedures
Participate in team activities - regular catchups, planning, reviews, etc.
Undertake other duties as reasonably required by the Team Leader
