The Department Manager is responsible for their department, delivering the results as set by the Bernardi Groups strategy and business plan objectives in conjunction with the Store Manager/Category Manager. A key aspect of this role is mentoring and coaching their team to achieve these goals. Outstanding skills to freestyle merchandise/layouts is paramount
In this role you will be Responsible for
Strong culture of safety at all times including the correct use of carton cutter, ladders & trolleys.
