Branch Administrator to join our Port Hedland Depot

Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex and challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time. Joining our local Port Hedland team, you will form a vital part of our business and its operations by organizing, implementing and executing administrative functions within the branch. 
WHAT YOULL BE DOING


Delivering administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
Purchasing necessary equipment for the depot
Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
Summarizing information that ensures a focus on key points
Writing and compiling reports
