We are seeking an experienced Claims & Return to Work Coordinator to join one of Australia's most trusted and well-known brands in a supportive and forward-thinking team within an Employer setting. Support a portfolio of claims, engaging with the claims agent with a focus on proactive case management within this workers compensation team. These cases will mostly be related to 'high risk' injured and/or ill employees claims. This is a permanent full-time role with a requirement to work full time in the office which is based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. About the role
Coordination of processes associated with the rehabilitation and timely case management relating to high risk injured and/or ill employees claims
Manage workers compensation claims within Victoria.
Engaging with key stakeholders to bring about understanding, involvement and continuous improvement with claims management.
