About the RoleReporting to the Service Manager and working as part of a collaborative and supportive team we are looking for a motivated Administrator to be based at our Rockingham branch. You will be an all-round administrator who can work independently, be self-motivated and use your exceptional organisation skills to provide administrative support across a variety of tasks to the service team to maintain and enhance customer service.

Invoicing of customer service jobs
Assisting with the scheduling of services
Organise/book travel/accommodation
Timesheet Data Entry
Addressing customer queries
Processing Expense Claims
Purchasing and Accounts Payable workflow
Update and manage data bases, filing and archiving
About you
Cert III in Business Administration OR minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience
