Maas Group are seeking Apprentices for Heavy Diesel / Plant Mechanic / Light Vehicle to join our team in . Complete training and gain on the job experience to become a qualified and competent Mechanic.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Assist with the routine servicing of plant & equipment
Participate in weekly toolbox talks.
Fill out daily timesheet.
Develop an understanding of Maas Group WHS policies and procedures.
Ensure that all required PPE is being worn at all times whilst on site.
Follow all instructions from workshop manager and mechanics.
Assist Mechanics with finding and fixing leaks and faults with machinery.
Complete all TAFE assessments and assignments and submit in required timeframes.
Attend TAFE for the last week of every month.
Ensure workshop is kept clean and tidy as per instruction from workshop manager.
