Permanent part-time Oncology Nurse Educator to join our Warringal Private Hospital team!
About the Role
The successful candidate will act as a clinical and professional resource person demonstrating broad knowledge and clinical expertise in all facets of oncology, haematology and medical nursing.
The Oncology/Haematology/Medical Nurse Educator role will also demonstrate a high level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills within our Sutherland Ward, a combined Medical & Oncology unit, as well as our Day Oncology Centre.
Your Skills and Experience
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience in an acute healthcare setting
Relevant post-graduation qualifications plus 12 months experience working in the oncology clinical specialty area
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
Ability to manage designated portfolio and display sound leadership skills
