Our client has a new opportunity for an experienced, generalist HR Advisor to join their team on a FIFO 8:6 basis.
Reporting to the HR Manager based within the corporate office, you will provide all generalist duties and responsibilities for a number of sites.
Duties and responsibilities will include:
Supporting manpower planning and recruitment
Implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures
Provision of generalist advice to line management and employees
Supporting grievances, disciplinaries and performance management
Implementation of corporate transformation or initiatives
Provision of coaching and development to line management
Facilitation of training
Supporting annual cyclical tasks including performance review, remuneration review etc.
