Rotating roaster which will include afternoon shift work as well as weekend work..
Dismantles euipment, washes, rinse and sanitises removable parts, euipment and meat room. Insepects and reassembes euipment, addresses ant corrective actions from the previouse night. Reworks display case, fulling and rotating merchandise. Packs/ wraps meat and seafood using automatic and manual wrapping machine. Labels merchandise and puts labelled/ wrapped merchandise in display case. Complete Departments paperwork as requires. Complete weekly yield tests. Adhere to all deraprtments SOP's Follow Costco Meat Department general and specific meat standards, proceduresand goals. Cleans and sanitise work area throughout the day, following sanitisationstandard operationg standards(SSOP) guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation
