Responsibilities:
Enforce and enhance the brand's visual standards across all channels
Assist with design projects from conception to completion, collaborating with marketing, product teams, and external agencies.
Design Excellence, Innovation, and Trend Analysis: Uphold high design standards and creative integrity while staying ahead of industry trends.
Brand Advocacy, Evolution, and Strategic Advisory: Act as a brand advocate, adapting design standards in response to market trends and integrating new strategies like sustainability.
Seasonal Design Guidelines and CRM Design Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM design support person to enhance the effectiveness of CRM campaigns by aligning email designs with overall brand strategies and seasonal themes.
