Empower frontline management: Provide technical, behavioural, and leadership coaching and mentoring in health, safety, and environment (HSE) matters.
Deliver impactful training: Develop and deliver engaging training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to work safely.
Champion safety leadership: Attend pre-shift instruction meetings, promote HSE awareness across the organization, and demonstrate visible field safety leadership.
Investigate incidents: Support and facilitate incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
