Medicare Mental Health provides high quality, evidence-based assessment, care coordination, information, support, and treatment to people experiencing psychological distress, their family, carers, and support networks. Head to health offers immediate, short to medium-term episodes of care and service navigation.  The multidisciplinary mental health team facilitates a holistic and collaborative approach to care which addresses a broad range of social, physical, and emotional needs.
