Brownport Almonds Pty Ltd is one of Australia’s largest almond growers and processors, operating a farm and processing facility in Hattah VIC. We require a full time, licensed Forklift Driver.
The salary offered is $73,150 per annum plus super.
The applicant should have at least a relevant Certificate II or 2 years of full-time work experience (at least 38 hours per week). The applicant must be committed to working in regional Victoria.
The applicant will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Operating controls to align forklifts and raise and lower forks to stack and unstack items in our farms and distribution centre.
• Transporting produce to designated areas in our farms and distribution centre.
• Ensuring goods are stored in correct areas so that they can be easily located when orders are made up.
• Monitoring equipment operation visually through gauges and instruments and through computerised monitoring equipment.
• Inspecting and controlling equipment to identify wear and damage.
• Servicing and performing minor repairs and adjustments to forklifts.
