Tasks & Duties:
Painters are required for the following project works
• Our Project scope of works is ongoing maintenance repair works across multiple sites – Long Term works, FIFO 3/1 roster, 13 day fortnight, 1 x RDO and 12 hr days (11.5 paid, 0.5 unpaid lunch).
• Travel is paid 2 hours every fly day with camp accommodation and food provided.
1. to setup and protect site for painting
2. make surface ready by removing graffiti, old paint, filling any holes and cracks, and smoothing and sealing surface
3. choose appropriate paint for the job
4. applying paints, varnishes and stains using brushes, rollers, and sprays according to job specifications
5. applying wallpaper, including patterns are matched and edges are trimmed
6. ensure work area and equipment are properly cleaned after each job
Skills and experience
• Suitable candidates must have relevant training qualifications and at least 2 years of working experience
Salary: $55 per hour + super
