Managing busy changeable schedules
Booking travel, accommodation and processing expenses
Assist with the organisation of external events and manage internal events
Ad-hoc administration including reporting, staff onboarding and liaison with IT support
Becoming the source of all knowledge for teams across the business
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you will need:
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to "muck in" and support the whole team
Ability to build and nurture relationships
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and forever changing environment
Strong IT skills, particularly with MS Office
Be flexible as some occasional interstate travel is required
