The Senior Finance Analyst - Enablement & Projects role supports the delivery of improved finance systems, reporting and analytical tools to enhance the effectiveness of the Finance function across Endeavour.

The main responsibility of this role is to support the Finance team with implementation of other new and upcoming Finance systems, as well as changes to existing Finance systems, that have been identified and prioritised as part of the Finance Enablement roadmap.

The role will also own and drive the enhancement program for the Integrated Planning Analytics system recently implemented across Finance, further improving its value to the wider Finance team.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role

  • Drive, shape and own the Integrated Planning system (IBM Planning Analytics) enhancement schedule, including:
    • Understanding, shaping and prioritising business needs and requirements
    • Working with our System Support (Tridant), Data & Analytics, IT and teams to facilitate system changes
    • Coordinate testing, training and implementation of system changes across Finance
  • Assist with design and testing of new Integrated Planning builds in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain the Integrated Planning system including security, user setups and training, and integration with other systems.
  • Acting as the Project Manager on smaller projects or representing Finance in larger cross functional initiatives - including Hotels P&A 
  • Assist with embedding new systems across Finance, including new reporting and new ERP systems and associated processes
  • Assist Finance teams with centralisation on a common reporting platform
  • Assist with Finance system activities related to the Woolworths separation of Data and reporting
  • Work in partnership with EDG Finance teams and other functions including the Data & Analytics team
  • Help shape and guide EDG Finance requirements to ensure enhancements deliver benefits to the team
  • Day to day interactions and relationships with other key areas eg FSS, IT, Data Governance and External Consultants
