  • Open to experienced and new Support Workers with a min Cert III in Aged Care - Training available
  • $33.66 per hour + 25% casual loading + Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging to maximise your take home pay

We are looking for a Support Worker to work casually across our Home Care Packages program.
Home Care Packages responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality individualised support and assist our older adult clients, supporting them to maintain and develop their independence so that they can lead enriching and fulfilling lives.
  • Follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans.
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support and support with personal care in the client's home.
  • Assisting with transportation to attend appointments.

Who we are looking for
If you have experience working as a Support Worker, are qualified with a Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community Support or related field, and enjoy variety in your day, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

  • Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • The ability to follow and implement individual service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans.
  • A desire to use your skills and experience creating fun and interesting activities that support older adults to engage more consistently with their community and peers.
  • A valid driver’s licence.
