We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month secondment as Raw Materials Coordinator based at our Tullamarine site. As part of a dedicated team, you will ensure availability of supply of raw materials to support the site manufacturing plans, enabling the site to achieve production plan adherence.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with suppliers ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.
Ordering of raw materials from suppliers to meet manufacturing production plans.
Timely escalation of material supply risks impacting the site to internal stakeholders and National Raw Materials team.
Maintaining systems to ensure SAP ordering and inventory integrity.
Planning and management of the raw materials to minimize obsolescence.
Liaise with suppliers to optimise the efficiency and effectiveness of supplying materials.
