Due to growth our client is currently going through they are needing a HR administrator to join the team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals and gain exposure to various aspects of the mining industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to determine if they are a good fit for our company culture and values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job postings that accurately reflect those needs.
