About the Opportunity:
We're excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with one of our valued clients, a leader in the waste management industry. They are currently seeking experienced Side and Rear Arm Operators to join their team in Greenacre. Offering a competitive hourly rate of $48.36, these roles involve early morning starts between 4 AM and 6 AM.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate a heavy vehicle safely and efficiently.
Monitor and assist runners/offsiders during operations.
Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) while ensuring any hazards are promptly reported and acted upon.
Liaise with operations regarding job changes related to customer and resident needs.
Follow all reasonable instructions from operations, including special requests and additional pickups.
What You Need to Succeed:
A valid HR Truck License.
6-12 months of experience driving HR vehicles.
Reliable transport.
Ability to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per shift.
Capability to lift 25-30 kg during clean-up operations.
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
