Rental Salesperson
At Broome Broome Car Rentals, we are looking for a full-time (38/40 hrs per week) skilled permanent Rental Salesperson to join their team and perform the following duties and tasks:
Duties and responsibilities:
• Process and thoroughly explain car rental agreements, collecting payments, and ensuring proper vehicle or equipment handover to customers
• Manage the vehicle reservations and online allocations through our Rentals Car Manager Software
• Greet customers, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Offer and thoroughly explain our standard insurance and excess reduction, tours and additional hire items
• Manage vehicle inventory online and answer all email and reservation enquiries efficiently and professionally
• Process returns and handle damage claims and customer complaints in a professional manner
• Be able to assist with car cleaning if required
• Pick up and drop customers to their accommodation or chosen destination in town as required
• Provide local advice on what to do and see whilst in Broome
• Provide information and assistance with 4WD travel throughout the Kimberley
• Provide information regarding our 4WD Campers
Skills and experience:
• At least 1 year of experience in car rentals or reservations
• A can-do attitude and ability to work independently as well as positively engage and direct other team members.
• Drivers Licence essential
• Must reside in Broome

Salary offered: $70,000 - $75,000 pa
Hours of work: Full time, 38/40 hrs per week / 5 shifts per week
