The Role Reporting to the Production Manager, duties of this role include:
Ensure daily set-up and operation of shift
Ensure production targets, deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
Train and supervise new production line workers
Maintain equipment in clean operatable condition
Lead and motivate staff to ensure optimal productivity
Make recommendations for changes that will in turn increase efficiency and productivity
