You will work within a results focused team who all work closely together to achieve results and meet tight deadlines.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer order enquiries
Answering incoming calls, fielding enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
Processing orders (received via email, phone and fax)
Dispatching of orders and liaising with courier companies
Stock control and organising parts for customers
Any other ad hoc duties and as required
