About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Payroll & Accounts Officer to join a private business in Perth's Eastern Suburbs, where your skills will make a difference at a national level! 
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and accounts, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Processing payroll on a fortnightly basis for 2 business groups
Processing timesheets, calculating leave balances and penalties
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
Maintain and update employee records and payroll databases
Various reconciliations including superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG
Support accounts payable and receivable functions
Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with the finance team to support day-to-day accounting tasks

About You

Previous experience in a similar payroll and accounts role
Strong understanding
