In this role, you will oversee the production process, Machine Operating, debagging kg of cement, and forklift duties
This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding cement products.
Key Responsibilities:
? Operate cement mix machinery to maintain consistent product quality .
? Safely use a forklift to transport green cement and packaging materials throughout the production area.
? Lead and oversee a team of pick packers to fulfill customer orders accurately and on time.
? Perform pick packing duties as needed, including selecting, packing, and labeling
? Assist in loading and unloading shipments of cement or other raw materials.
? Support maintenance tasks on roasting equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
? Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
