Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Client Facing Solution Sales: Engage directly with small and medium-sized businesses to present and sell SaaS solutions, driving new business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships.
Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals by actively prospecting for new customers, managing sales cycles, and closing deals.
Reporting and Tracking: Regularly report on sales performance, track key metrics, and ensure alignment with KPIs to monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Business Development: Identify and investigate potential business opportunities, build and maintain a robust prospect list, and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
Client Interaction: Understand client requirements, offer personalised SaaS solutions, and provide exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
