The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner, Thymes menu has been created by well-known Melbourne chef, restauranteur, cookbook author and television presenter, Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced, seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee, herbal tea blends, local cold-pressed juices and signature cocktails.
We are expanding our team in the Kitchen and looking for a professional Commi Chef who will draw on their knowledge and expertise to support the Head Chef in all areas of this fast-paced kitchen.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational roster.
