About the Role  Reporting to the Build Managers you will provide timely and effective administrative services to the Builds Team, as well as its customers. You will develop relationships and build trust.
Key Responsibilities

Raise job cards/repair orders and costing job cards
Open, close and invoice jobs
Work in Progress (WIP) management
Purchase orders and reciepting
Cost sheet reconcilliation
Managing training matrix & TELL systems including Who's On Location (WOL)
Provide WIP report to review invoice targets, open & close jobs
Update data bases, filing and generating reports
Site mobilisation functions (Drug & Alcohol)

About you

Cert IV in relevant discipline OR minimum 3 years relevant administrative experience
Advanced MS Office computer literacy and proficiency (Poficient Excel experience highly regarded)
Initiative and self-drive
Problem solving skills
