Salary : $ 110,000-$ 150,000 (based on experience)+Superannuation

We are a one stop shop with innovative ideas for your luxury home project, high end residential alterations, additions and extensions, multi storey commercial as well as commercial fit outs. Our solid knowledge and experience in the industry allow us to provide the highest quality of workmanship and professionalism in delivering and accomplishing variety of successful projects. Vault team is expert in design, project management, cost consultancy, value engineering and facilities management which thrive within our collaborative and entrepreneurial culture. We are constantly striving to finding better solutions to complex infrastructure and building challenges.

Our ideal candidate would have:
- Minimum four years experience working on civil projects
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Have adequate knowledge in Microsoft Project, Etabs,AutoCAD, Safe Softwares and Microsoft Office

Essential Skills:

-Coordinating and supervising the provision of manpower needed in various projects
- Liasing with governmental and private organisations in order to obtain required licenses
- Negotiating with clients, investors and stakeholders and sub-contractors about the executive performance of projects
- Assisting with the operational delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures;and all relevant legislation
- Working with Project Managers & Senior Project Managers to provide superior team performance for clients in all aspects of project delivery including scope, time, cost and profitability,quality, human resources, communications, risk management,health, safety and environment and procurement
- Contributing to the project process particularly in relation to methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of superior client and key stakeholder relationships
- Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings as required
- Completing system documents and procedures to ensure that the business is not at risk of non-compliance with third party accreditation
- Risk and Opportunities are tracked with the project team
