Job Summary:
• Process Orders from Ordermentum for daily production
• Take phone message orders & email orders
• Keeping quality control of bread and pastries to a high level, while maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness
• Controlling packing and delivering of goods
• Stock level control day to day ordering and stock rotation
• Keeping stock in correct areas for controlling pests and shelf life
• Keeping kitchen a clean and safe environment for others to work in
• Delivery Driving as required
Responsibilities:
1. Fulfill order sheets within set times and to a high standard.
2. Assist manage supply inventory to ensure that product is readily available to meet customer
demand.
3. Ensure the quality of the product available to customers is always first class by analysing the
consistency and quality on a daily basis.
4. Ensure the integrity and standards of the bakery are maintained at all times, including but not
limited to, cleanliness, behaviours of staff and product display.
5. Contribute to the review and development of process improvements. Maintain all Standard
Operating Procedures relating to the bakery.
6. Compliance with all relevant legislation, work policies, procedures and practices.
7. Demonstrate a personal commitment to Tanglewood’s Workplace Health and Safety and Equal

• Excellent communication skills.
