As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for:
• Managing an existing temporary pool of placed candidates
• Taking job briefs, posting job ads, interviewing candidates and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process
• Reviewing applications and phone screening potential candidates
• Using your initiative to source high-quality candidates in very short time frames
• Conducting regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates
• Conducting reference checks and updating the CRM
Business Development;
• Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Building a strong business development strategy to target and win key clients
• Sourcing and following leads to make calls to drive new business development
• Meeting existing and prospective clients to drive business growth
This is a 360-degree consultant role focused on the recruitment of temporary candidates within business support, HR, Marketing, and project support. We work with a number of industry sectors including education, health, commercial and FMCG.
