Part-time Allied Health Assistant (Early Education)
3 days per week | Ferntree Gully & Ringwood East site

What You’ll Be Doing
You will support paediatric Allied Health services for children under 7 years, working alongside experienced clinicians. This role involves:
- Administrative Support: Maintaining documentation, databases, and preparing resources.
- Supporting Therapeutic group programs and Parent Education Talks groups led by Allied Health Clinicians, including Speech Pathology and Occupational Therapy clinicians.
- Helping implement goal-focused care using evidence-based strategies.
- Ensuring cultural sensitivity in communication and interaction with families.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children 2-7 years and their parents, has excellent IT skills and can support clinicians in both administrative and practical ways. Your experience or education in early childhood development will help you thrive in this role.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Understanding of children’s developmental stages
- Experience working with young children within a group setting
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- First aid and CPR certification
