Your Role & Team
Are you a digital marketer with a knack for turning clicks into customers? Do you thrive in the fast-paced world of B2B and have a flair for creating campaigns that capture attention and drive results?
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for demand generation. You’ll have deep expertise in Pardot and WordPress, and a proven ability to drive engagement through segmentation, personalisation and data analytics.
As a member of the Growth Marketing team, you will support the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and work closely with our Marketing Analyst to ensure a seamless customer journey across every touchpoint.
This role reports directly to our Head of Growth and is a 6-month maternity leave cover role based out of our Sydney CBD office.
Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Create and deploy targeted emails and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Write engaging copy for website pages and email campaigns, ensuring that the messaging aligns with our brand tone of voice.
- Update and manage the website, including blog posts and landing pages.
- Conduct A/B tests on website elements and email campaigns to identify the most effective strategies and continuously improve performance.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, to optimise campaigns.
- Work closely with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive strategies and effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
- Complete ad hoc marketing tasks as required by the business.
Our ideal candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in digital marketing and marketing automation, with 2-3 years of experience using Pardot and WordPress (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred). Expertise in tailoring messages to resonate with different target audiences and addressing their specific needs is crucial.
You should excel at managing competing tasks and have an ability to execute campaigns efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
