About the role:
Collaborate and engage with key staff to facilitate quality health related supports for Sylvanvale Clients. Oversee implementation of the NDIS High Intensity Skill Descriptors through upskilling of Sylvanvale workers.
Responsibilities will include:
Support Managers to develop or obtain effective personal support plans to meet the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards and Client needs.
Provide guidance and advice about the quality of personal support plans and their implementation.
