About the role
Our Intensive Therapeutic Care homes support children and young people who have experienced trauma to thrive.
As a Team Leader, under the guidance of a Manager, youll provide a team of Caseworkers and Support Workers with strong leadership and coordinate the day-to-day provision of support and services for children, young people and their families. Together with clinical staff, youll work to ensure children and young people are safe and that their social, emotional and physical health and education is improved.
