Our client is a growing South Australian owned company with offices Australia wide and in New Zealand. They are passionate to drive and exceed goals and customers expectations and are looking for a customer focused, experienced Settlements Officer to join their progressive team.
Duties and responsibilities:
Construct and maintain Master Lease Agreements
Obtain and renew existing credit facilities with financier, decipher and interpret clients financial reports
Preparation of subsequent operating leases and their acceptance
Lodging and discharge PPSR as required
Submit applications with financier for individual applicants, decipher financial statements/payslips, request additional information if required
Preparation of subsequent novated finance leases and maintenance agreements
Construct and email initial tax Invoices/direct debit notifications for new deals
Lodge settlement packs
Recognise requirement for variations on novated leases for both deficit and significant surplus budgets, re-calculate original quote
