The Benefits Realisation Analyst will report directly to the Change & Engagement Program Director and will be responsible for supporting a strategic benefits plan large service delivery modernisation program. W
Responsibilities
Liaise with, and develop strong, positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including ministerial, departmental staff and external consultants.
Identify and document the program and Project Benefits
Define the program and project Benefits Realisation Plan, aligning with the program and department strategies
Craft key messages at a Program and project level for concise and compelling messaging to articulate the purpose, benefits and impacts.
Measure and document baseline pre-program establishment.
Capture and document key measurables associated with benefits, including process improvement and sentiment.
Capture and document measurables for downstream benefits at project and program level
Analyse raw data and interpret into Business intelligence.
