Who we're seeking?
We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced guest service agent to welcome our guests and be part of our Front Office Team.
This role will see you undertake all night audit duties in an efficient and friendly manner and taking ownership of creating the best possible first and last impression of the Resort.
Experience with Opera PMS is required.
Key Duties
Check and balance the day’s takings from the hotel’s outlets
Ensure accurate charges to our guest’s rooms
Undertake Front Office duties such as checking in late arrivals, or settling accounts of early departures
Full time position | $29.76 per hour (plus superannuation)
