We are seeking a compassionate and driven Occupational Therapist. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care through the evaluation and treatment of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments that impact an individual's ability to engage in daily activities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, functional assessments, and evaluation of daily living skills to develop a personalized treatment plan.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve physical, cognitive, and psychosocial function.
• Educate patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily living activities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to continue education and training as required.
