2 x Restaurant Managers Required
Mandi Australia is seeking to employ 2 x Restaurant Managers to lead our floor teams across multiple locations within Sydney Metro, including Wentworthville, Punchbowl and Merrylands. These full-time positions carry a salary of $74K to $80k plus super.
Diploma level qualification in management field. Minimum 2 years relevant work experience. Display leadership in staff motivation, quality control and management. Quick thinker and mature attitude in resolving customer issues. This role is open to Australian Citizen and Permanent Residents. Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
Job tasks incudes:
• Manage restaurant and floor operations.
• Review, plan and prepare menu changes in discussion with the head chef. Recruit, train and monitor staff and their performance through supervision.
• Assign and schedule duties and tasks for the floor and wait staff. Contribute to and recommend strategies to the management for increased sales and customer numbers.
• Negotiate and plan functions, events and group bookings.
• Oversee floor budgeting, customer transactions and stock planning and control.
• Enforce health, sanitation and safety regulations and ensure their compliance.
• Estimate food costs and profits and minimise food wastage.
• Ensure excellent customer dining experience through high standards of presentation, quality of service and ambience.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints for enhancing service quality.
