THE OPPORTUNITY
Stratco's Gepps Cross Home Improvement Store are looking for a motivated, professional and experienced Customer Service Team Member to join their team. The role will ensure that customers are serviced efficiently and effectively whilst picking up their purchased products.
This is a full-time opportunity working day shift (including some weekends).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and service customers, ensuring that orders are ready for Pick up.
Efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer
Load customer vehicles according to the safety guidelines
General housekeeping duties
Move stock and finished goods around the facility safely
Maintain stock records and stock movements via scanners
